Default J. Lo and Affleck gettin hitched

Well, it's Fall again.

The days get shorter, the leaves are turning beautiful colors, and Jennifer Lopez is engaged again...

Seriously, if J. Lo was your friend, and she invites you to her, what is this going to be, her third bridal shower, would you even bother to get her a gift?

I'd tell her to give me a gift to bother to show up.

I give it a year and then Divorce City!

So true. You know, I haven't watched any Ben Affleck movies. Just from the entertainment shows and the tabloids, I figure the guy is pretty decent. He doesn't sound like a stuck up ******* or anything. Any girl would be lucky to get him, but isn't Ben afraid about the one year itch or something? Jen seems to have the one year going for her.

Speaking of which, I don't mean to insult any J. Lo fans on the board. I buy the tabloids. Yes, I love the tabloids. However, they are paying way too much attention to J. Lo and Julia Roberts. I'm just sick of them because they are on the tabloids so much. I guess I'll have to start buying the World Weekly News tabloid. I don't think they cover any celebs. They cover weird stuff. I think they did the Wolf Boy story and all those alien stories.

Yes, Julia and J Lo get quite a bit of press. I love the story People did about Julia right after she broke up with Ben Bratt - "Why can't America's Princess find the right guy yadda yadda..." Please...

Here's a tip for Julia, JLo and the other Hollywood short timers -

Stop marrying every guy you meet!

Oh yeah, agreed. See, guys get a bad rap for chasing anything wearing a skirt. What about these girls that chase everything with the correct equipment?

America Princess my foot- from all those National Enqurier stories it sounds like Julia can't be quite a bitch. Hollywood can change you, I guess. You go in with a clear mind and your feet on the ground. When you arrive and get the attention, it makes your head blow up and out comes the ego.

The reason all these tabloids cover these celebrities is because they are soooo idiotic. A celeb will be madly in love one day, the next they divorce. These people have absolutely no concept of what real life is. They all seem to live in a bubble. All they do is live for the moment. It's a lot worse when they have children. I shouldn't even say they have children because 9 out of 10 times they just adopt.

I don't think it's because that they're idiotic. I think it just seems that way because the papers cover the story all too often. I think they should give it a year though before stars rush into marriage. I mean, it just makes them look desperate to be with somebody if they marry someone right after they divorce somebody else.

Yep. Name some big time celebs that have been hitched for over 20 years or such. Kind of hard to think of a lot, isn't it?

Seriously, fame and relationships don't always work. If you are both famous, you'll never see each other. One could be in NYC and the other could be in California and you'll never be together. What if one is famous and the other is semi-famous? That just won't work either. Because the semi-famous one will always be know as so and so's husband or wife. See what I'm saying?

Sometimes marrying a big celebrity can actually help a not so famous actor's career.

For example, look at Tom Arnold or Nicole "Mrs. Tom Cruise" Kidman.
