Season 4 episode 20 Indecent Proposal
I saw this episode here recently where JT gets seduced by his teacher. Though it is obvious this episode wasn't intended to be taken seriously and they seemed to try to make it as ridiculous as possible to drive that point home. At the same time though I do think it's pretty hilarious that they tried to play a virtual sex crime off for laughs. And instead of the teenagers reporting the teacher for what she tried to do they try to turn it into a 'love' lesson for JT about how his first time should be with someone special.
I wonder if this episode received much criticism back when it was first released (believe it was early '95) because if they tried to do something like that on tv today it would receive an endless amount of backlash. Guess it just shows how much different tv shows were thirty years ago than they are now. |
