"Brilliant Minds" Season 2 Adds Mädchen Amick to Guest Star, Direct (EXCLUSIVE)
by Joe Otterson Oct. 28, 2025 Mädchen Amick (Riverdale, Twin Peaks) is pulling double duty on “Brilliant Minds”, set to both guest star in an episode and direct another. Variety has learned exclusively that Amick will direct episode 7 of the NBC medical drama’s second season, which will air on Nov. 3. She will then guest star in episode 9, “The Fire Fighter,” which airs Nov. 24. She will play Alicia Ramati, the ex-wife of Eric Dane's firefighter character who is battling ALS. She is described as “a strong-willed woman who wears her emotions on her sleeve, especially when it comes to her firefighting ex-husband, Matthew (Dane).
