Does anyone remember the part in Maria's book about the time Diane and Freddie were sitting on the couch looking over some mail.
Marie said she looked up at the skylight and saw a man's face looking in and then he disappeared. Maria never told Freddie but she was worried because he had spoken of a lot of "nuts" out in the world. I was wondering if he might have been a fan or some
person trying to hurt Freddie in some way.

Hmm... You're right Catcopy. I remember reading about that, but it never was elaborated on.

I saw that in the book too. I got the impression that due to being famous strange men were wanting to kill him maybe for $$$ or something. Sad cuz he seems like a nice person.

I know it said in the book that a lot of Chicanos wanted to hurt and even threatened to kill Freddie because he being Portarican was disliked by some because he got the part of Chico.
I sure was wishing Maria would have told Freddie about that.
I was wondering to if maybe the peeper was a dealer trying to see if Freddie was home alone.
