Default Why Not Make Lifetime Our Goal?

You know how we are all trying to get FOL, on several networks?... why not just focus on getting it into one?

If we cared enough, and try hard enough I am certain the Lifetime network will consider airing FOL. Lifetime is the perfect place for FOL.

We can make calls, email, send letter, fax, and even make a petition to help the FOL cause.

Lifetime's schedule is pretty full as it is. They have Golden Girls, Designing Women, Mad About You, and as of tomorrow The Nanny. Plus they are still getting Caroline in the City, Suddenly Susan, and Will in Grace in a few years. Add that to their original series's and their melo-dramatic movies, then you have a pretty full channel. I say there's a better chance for it to come back to Hallmark or go to TVLand than any other netowork right now, IMO.

How about WE (Women's Entertainment)? The only problem with that channel is everybody might not get it. They show Felicity, but I don't know if they show 80s shows. I wouldn't see why not. Crap, the easiest thing to do is hope Hallmark brings it back.

for one thing, Lifetime deals with more mature women, those 25 and over.
If you put Facts of Life on Lifetime, then you may as well put Clueless, earlier eppisodes of Sabrina the teenage witch, Blossom, and i would hate to say this, but even Full House to Lifetime's comedy list.

That's the main reason!

Most of the women that watch Lifetime now actually grew up with "The Facts Of Life."

I don't know about Lifetime, but I can imagine it being on there in a few years. But as far as Hallmark goes they still own the rights and this could mean it may still be on their schedule for awhile. They even mentioned the show is a *permanent* show on their network which might mean they are looking foward to air the show far a long amount of time yet. Although on the other side, it would be nice to have it on two seperate networks at once, which would be nice for a change, LOL.

I agree. Lifetime seems perfect for The Facts of Life. I think FOL will fit in good with their shows.
