Does anyone know if Freddie's first secratary
was ever asked about anything concerning Freddie's death, why he fired her or anything about their working relationship?
You could tell she loved him.
Was she at this funeral?
I bet if Maria could have asked her to help"that Night" she would have been there before Maria could hang up the phone.

I think Freddie's first secretary was named Diane. I am not really sure why she was fired other than it happended after Kathy and Carol Novak appeared on the scene. I don't remember if that was discussed in Maria P's book. From what I remember though, it sounds like she was very sweet on Freddie. Not sure what happened to her after all that. I am sure, like the rest of us, she was very sad over everything that later happended.

I think in her moms book it says that the secretary really loved Freddie & she left when he married Kathy cuz it was hard for her to bear to see that or some such. I bet she was the better of the 2 secretaries...
