Niles and Daphne from "Frasier". The show really lost it's spark after those two hooked up.

Also didn't like Joanie and Chachi together. I always wanted Joanie to hook up with Fonzie.

ross and rachel(talk about beating a dead horse to
get more story lines)
niles and daphne(ruined frasier for me)
fonzie and ashley pfister(worst season of happy days)
shirley feeney and walter meany(spelled the end of laverne and shirley)

And finally would be Frasier and Roz. As either Stephie or B said "Yuck! I mean that's like incest!"

I think I have to say Larry and Cheryl David ("Curb Your Enthusiasm").All they do is fight and while that may be true with some other married couples (Paul and Jamie Buchman come to mind) Larry and Cheryl just don't have the same spark as Paul and Jamie.
