Lisa Bishop/Freedon Update 2025 (NEW INFO)

A few years ago, I searched the coast guard website for info on the Freedon freighter, and to my surprise, it actually had a record with a HIN# CG006512. The ship is described as being 82 ft. Long, which is what Robert stack stated it was. You can actually still look it up on the vessel search, and it states “service status active”, which I am not sure what that exactly means.

When searching CG006512 on google a folder of files comes up from the freedom of information act. Believe it or not, if you scan through the documents it actually lists the names of the Haitian crew members that were on board as well as Florian. One little suprise I found was that on one of the documents it states there was no record of Lisa ever being on board the freedon to begin with…..it’s possible I am mistaken as some of the print is faded and hard to read correctly. It also has letters written by Mr. Cornwell and Lisa’s mother asking for info. In his letter Paul claims that Lisa is being held hostage by a cartel and demands an answer.

The Freedon was owned by a woman named Marie Rose George, of Haiti.

It identifies “Felipe” as Felipe Van Hoegaerden, age 38 of Belgium. He was married at the time of the disappearance. Even lists a home address.

Florian was Meyer Parchert, 28, of west Germany.

The ship was intercepted by Cuba on November 12th, 1989, almost a year after Lisa disappeared? The Cuban government stated that “no woman was comprised in the crew of this boat.”


One final terrifying piece of info towards the end, it shows a list of reported sightings of Florian and Lisa all the way up to around the end of 1990, as well as details the “smuggling talk” the woman in the segment had with Felipe.

Just thought I would share this with everyone, since there is so little info out there beyond the unsolved mysteries segment.

There seems to be nothing of note in those files. Just investigators going through the motions on the case. They are putting out there rumors that have been floating around.. The US Consulates have checked to follow up on the Haitian crewmembers to verify that they didn't return..

Seems just what has been said.. No confirmed sightings of the vessel, which, no doubt would have been scrapped by this time and the entire crew is still missing.

I think what he is getting at is that the Freedon was stopped for whatever reason, presumably with Florian on board, after the date Bishop went missing.

The dates are completely wrong tho. Now, allowing for the possibility that i'm just completely misreading things..

Hopefully, that pastes well.. But. To me, that looks like someone goofed up the dates. That's part of the letter from the Cuban.. "embassy" in NY, relaying info from the Cuban Department of the Interior, which is relaying info from the Cuban Coast Guard.
