I love the episode where Mr. Klemmer, the butcher, brings his fiancee(played by Jean Stapleton),Mrs. Klammerstodt, where both Edith and Judith are in the same room together, and Archie stumbles on her name calling her Mrs. ClammerChowder, etc.
I also was wondering where Jean got the name Giovanni Verdi for the role of Judith!!!

It was cool to see Jean playing 2 roles, but to me this is prob. my least favorite episode. I'm just not too fond of it for some reason.

As a rule, this was never one fo my favorite eps of "All in the Family. I thought it was more suited to a program like "I Love Lucy" or "Three's Company" (two great shows in their own right). I always liked AITF for it's take on life at the time with a sense of humor, and Lucy and more "traditional" sitcoms for the pure comedic content. However, Jean Stapleton did play both parts great. My Granny didn't believe it was her, especially when they out "Giovanni Pucci" in the credits. By the way, Giovanni Pucci was a variation on Ms. Stapleton's married name, "Jean Putch".
