Apparently several producers are trying to put together a movie(s) based on the Anaheim Angels mascot The Rally Monkey. Disney has been turning down these producers left and right because it looks like they want to create their own film. Of course, Disney owns the Angels.

i serious thought this was a joke when I saw the topic...hahaha thats great...Does Disney own basically all Anahiam teams? Like The Mighty Ducks?

Yes, Disney also owns the Mighty Ducks. Believe it or not the movie inspired Disney to create a hockey team.
