Exclamation Spoiler for next week's episode(Read at your own risk!)...

I've just read in my hometown paper that the problem that faces the gang next week is that Niles was diagnosed with a heart problem. He will have to have life saving surgery. The paper said that the first time the cast read the script, they all broke down in tears. It looks like Frasier is going to get real emotional in the upcoming weeks.

Whoa...wow...well, this isn't funny, but maybe it'll bring in the ratings...

Red face

Actually, there is a two parter next week. Heres the synopsis from NBC...

BRISTLE WHILE YOU WORK (Part I)
9pm 11/12/02 ALL NEW!
FRASIER AND MARTIN SCOUR THE CITY FOR DAPHNE'S REPLACEMENT; ANA GASTEYER ("SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE") GUEST STARS -- Searching for a suitable replacement for longtime care taker Daphne (Jane Leeves), Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) sinterviews numerous would-be housekeepers -- finally giving way to frustration and Martin's (John Mahoney) "gut feeling" by hiring a slightly less reliable applicant (guest star Ana Gasteyer, "Saturday Night Live"). Meanwhile, Niles' (David Hyde Pierce) lingering toothache prompts him to investigate the matter via the Internet, only to discover the remote possibility that it may be a sign of something worse. Peri Gilpin also stars.

Maybe that sign of something worse is what your talking about.......

I'm kind of dissapointed in the way Frasier is going but if Ana Gasteyer guest stars I'll definately tune in.

Wow, I wonder what prompted them to tackle such a heavy topic. It will be interesting to say the least. I like Ana Gasteyer so I'm looking forward to seeing her guest star in the show.

Sad next week

I read that in my newspaper too!! I think it is to bring the ratings up. Does anyone know if Ana Gastayer is just going to be on this one episode of if she's gonna be in more? I wanna know why she left SNL!!

I did hear somewhere that the producers were thinking about adding a new character to spice things up. Whether that'll be Ana, I guess we'll just wait and see.

I know Ana was pregnant last season on SNL, so her role on the sketch comedy was seriously reduced. Maybe she left SNL to spend more time at home?

I went down to COLONY RECORDS today, and they have a section with 1,000's of TV scripts, and I picked up this one [signed by Leeves and Pierce] for the week...and read it. Be prepared to cry. The script is wet because of my tears.

Hopefully Ana will stay! Shes so funny...I mean, if they are looking for a housekeeper, and they are "Supposedly" hiring her, then they would have to explore it more!

P.S. I still love 'Frasier'

I once saw her as Magenta on B*way in The Rocky Horror Show...and she was hilarious!
