Okay, Beaver SOOOOO had the chicken pox when he was like 8 or 9, becuase in Beaver's Pigeons, he had to come home cuz he broke out in chicken pox and recess and he didn't want the pigeons to be in his room because he thought they would get pigeon pox. So then why did June say he had the chicken pox when he was 3?????

It sounds like it's one of those details that slipped by the new writers. It isn't exactly a blooper, but it's one of those small details that gets changed. The same with Gilbert's last name.

Yeah, I caught that one too. In the "Autobiography" episode, June said
Beaver got the chicken pox at 3 and measles at 6. Cory

Regarding Beaver's health history:
In the episode Beaver's Monkey, when the monkey got sick, Ward asked if there was an animal hospital where the monkey could be cared for. The vet said the monkey would be better off at home with people he knows. Beaver then said, "like when I had my tonsils out, I didn't want to be in a strange place." During a later season, there was an episode entitled "Beaver's Tonsils" where Beaver was at first worried about having his tonsils out and then later disappointed when his infection cleared up and the doctor said he didn't have to have the tonsils removed.
