Murphy Brown had the longest run of any sitcom on CBS in the Monday at 9:00 timeslot, which made at least one person unhappy.

Poor Lily Tomlin, her replacing Grant Shaud was a great move but fans who only wanted Miles wouldn't accept her. And season 10 had to be like it was with Candice Bergen's real life cancer, but it is too bad Kay couldn't be as comedic as her first season with the show becoming a lot darker.
