Default Miracles

Who has ever seen a wreck where the person involved has no reason to be alive at all, but survives with little injury?

I have a friend who was in a wreck a couple of weeks ago. From looking at the car, you wouldn't think anybody would be alive. Can you believe the only thing wrong with him is a head injury. He hit his head on the window when the car pulled out infront of him. He's doing good right now though. He was in a coma about a week, but he is now at a rehab place and his memory is getting better. He is starting to remember things that people tell him now.

Anyway, my sister showed me the pictures from his wreck and I just can't believe he's alive. They say that what saved him was him wearing his seatbelt and his flak jacket that he was wearing. (bullet proof vest) It took the majority of the impact from his chest.

Anyway, just wondering who else something like this has happened to.

Well..I dont know the kid PERSONALLY, but he was known as the lil miracle in the paper. Hes 9 years old. and was hanging with a friend in Lawrence Mass. on a moped that was broken. Anyways, he was sitting on it playing around when his friend gave it a push or whatever. Anyways, it starts to GO and the kids going like 30 mph. and is headed towards an intersection with a BIG truck coming. The only way he could avoid it (he didnt know how to stop it) was to stop by crashing into a brick building. So, he did. He crashed and flew into it pushing his forehead back and his eyes popped out of his socket and something else too..I forget. Anyways, he got the surgery and is now healing!!

Wow, I'm glad your friend is ok. Is that a police car? I guess it just wasn't his time to go. I don't really know if I believe in miracles or that kind of stuff anymore. I don't know if this is a miracle but about 5 years ago, my mom got really sick, She had meningitis, encephalitis, pneumonia, and was anemic all at the same time! They weren't sure if she was gonna live. She was in the hospital for 2 weeks, but recovered well. She's fine now (she doesn't think she is) but you wouldn't think that she was ever that ill.

Well...this isn't about a wreck...but it IS a miracle.

Ok...well...when I was like...9 my mom was sick for about a year. She had to take all this medication...go through all these treatments...she had like this poisoning from undercooked oysters. Well...some of the doctors thought she was gonna die...and ya kno...I was REALLY scared. Ok...so we went to the beach that July...and mommy had just went bak on her medication...b/c she would try going off of it...then would haveta go bak on. So...she was on her medication...yea. Ok...well when we go to the beach we always go with my aunt and her family. Well...her boyfriend...who is now my step uncle and I love him bunches...came down for a day. Ok...so it was FREEZING that day and he was in the water all by himself. Now my aunt HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATES the cold water. NEwayz...my mommy was trying to get her to go in and she was saying all this stuff. Finally she was like, "Karen, if u go in the water with him...u'll cure me." My aunt was like, "OMG, how could how say that?! You know I'll haveta go in now! I can't be responsible if u don't get cured." So...she got up...and got in...

I'm 13 years old now...and my mom has not taken her medication for 4 years. She's been cured for 4 years. (For those of u that aren't picking up on the lil miracle thing...9 to 13 is 4 years *counts on fingers* yea...4 years)

I luv my aunt!!

Yes it is. He was on duty at 3 in the morning chasing a suspect when a car pulled out infront of him. When we first heard about the accident we didn't hink that it was John b/c they didn't mention a dog. He's a K-9 handler. Well, it WAS him, they just didn't mention Ivo for some reason. Ivo was in the car at the time, but he is okay. He just had a chipped tooth.

This is kind of a sad miracle...

2 years ago on the 4th of July, the people who lived across from me were killed in a car accident. The husband, wife, grandmother, and 11-year old daughter all died. The only survivor was the son who was 7 at the time. It was a miracle he survived, he only had a few bumps and bruises, but he lost his entire family. He is now living with his aunt and uncle and can live out his life but his life will never be the same.

That is so sad. I just couldn't imagine losing my family at such a young age.

I read a book that had the same exact story. But it was only a book. That is very very sad though.
