Post court case

i have a deposition of an actress who dated freddie. i would like to share some of this with others who cared about freddie. i think some of it is hard to hear by that i mean that someone could be crying out for help that obviously was not coming to him. but this board is for people who care about freddie so i want to post it. court paper are dated may 12 1981.
A freddie said people were using him, but freddie used people too.
Q and then he complained how they were doing it to him?
A yes
Q can you think of an example of one of the times when freddie pointed a gun at himself? tell me what he did.
A i remember one day. i came over and he had a new albun he wanted me to listen to, and he was all jazzed, and he had a drum set that buddy rich gave him, i think, and he was all excited and everything and then all of the sudden he just changed. he went in the bedroom and got the gun. it wasn't under the couch this time, and then he sat on the couch and started playing with it. I said "please put that away" he said "go get me something to drink" and i went into the kitchen. i came back and he had it at his head and he said "bang bang." i think that was maybe the first or second time he did that. he knew i hated guns. it's almost like he tortured me with that.
Q he did that to scare you?
A i think he did.
more later....

A yes
Q how many roughly
A four, five
Q did you in connection with that, see freddie prinze actually working on the set
A yes i would rehearse with him
Q did he in his work as you observed it, strive for perfection?
A no not really
Q was he kind of laid back
A yes. because when they were doing it, a retake or something, he would change it and they would have more fun than anything else. the guys in the booth were having the problem but he was having fun. he didn't take it seriously. i mean he took his work seriously, but he didn't take the time and say i have to get this right you know.

Jules - on this deposition - what was the first question? The first line posted has the answer (that Freddie felt used and he was also using people). Why did she say such a thing! That was horrible of her. And how does she know that anyway!
