For everyone who has noticed that when the paramedics estimate a patient's age, the subject appears 15-20 years older than the given age: I've just seen a very interesting YouTube video giving reasons why people from the 1950s-1970s appeared much older than their real ages. It used clips from popular TV series and put the age of the actor at the time up on the screen next to them. I can post a link if wanted.
Anyway, if you are watching Emergency! for the tenth time, a fun idea for a game would be to write down some of the more improbable appearing ages given, then look up the episode airdate and the actor's birthdate and see how far off the estimates were if at all. |
