Patrick Duffy Describes Climbing Back in the Saddle on "Dallas"
Patrick Duffy Describes Climbing Back In the Saddle for the "Dallas" Reboot (VIDEO)
by Nick Zaino posted Jul 19th 2011 Patrick Duffy described stepping back into the role of Bobby Ewing on CBS' "The Talk": So "Dallas" is coming back this summer... The gift that keeps on giving!! "Dallas" was canceled in 1991 so it's been twenty years. And how long was it on before it was canceled? For thirteen years. It must have been like stepping back in time. Without the time having passed, and that was the strange part, it was a real-life time warp situation because you've never really departed from the characters that you play. You would think it's been twenty years and I've never been 'Bobby' for twenty years and Larry, Linda, and I stepped back into wardrobe, back on the set, back on the ranch... it was like we've been on a three-month hiatus and we were now back at work. Until you look in the mirror (laughs). http://www.aoltv.com/2011/07/19/patr...he-talk-video/ |
