When I was watching Who's The Boss I saw that it was produced by a production company called Hunter/Cohan Productions AKA HC Productions and I would like to know more about this company's history? Was Who's The Boss their very first sitcom they produced or did Hunter/Cohan Productions produce other sitcoms too? Are Hunter/Cohan Productions still active in TV today or did they get sold?

Blake Hunter and Martin Cohan worked on Diff'rent Strokes, which was produced by Norman Lear's company, as was Who's the Boss?. They also created a series called One of the Boys. Martin Cohan passed away in 2010 and Blake Hunter has long been retired.

Blake Hunter and Martin Cohan first worked as producers of Different Strokes? I didn't even know that and that is interesting. Was it Different Strokes that brought Blake Hunter and Martin Cohan together to form their own production company? The thing I remember about this company was at every ending of a Who's The Boss episode's end credits there was a logo with an HC at the end. And did they also produce 227 as well?

Cohan was with Diff'rent Strokes from the first season. He became an executive producer in 1984. Hunter was an executive producer from 1982-1985. This is the first time they worked together. They left in 1985 to concentrate on Who's the Boss?. They were not involved in 227.
