No even though the attention went on Michael J. Fox I still think both Gross and Baxter Birney were needed to balance out the children. They were the voice of reason. It was too bad that there weren't many storylines with them. I did enjoy them as a couple.

I think they were great too. A very realistic couple, the more realistic couple on TV in fact.

I agree, even though they did not get as much attention as they deserved, the show would not have been the same without them. Their presence was essential, and they had the best chemistry of almost any TV couple I have ever seen.
