Looking for 1980 Recordings from a Certain US Region

Hello all! I've made a similar post like this in the past but I'm looking for any recordings circa late July or any of August 1980 taken from the Tennessee or Kentucky regions of the US, possibly from any bordering states. I'm looking for a very specific TV commercial and it might've been more of a local commercial so non-network affiliate recordings would be great or perhaps a recording of local news from the area might have it.

Really though, any recordings from that area of the US circa August 1980 specifically, maaaybe late July.
