If I win win this contest I get a day off with pay! I'm only 3 questions away and I need the answers by tomorrow.
What bath temperature did Thursten Howell insist upon? Ginger won a beauty contest, what was she voted? Who was driving the boat when it became shipwrecked? Thanks everyone. I have searched every site and I am still missing these. MDM |

1 - I believe Thurston's preference for water temperature was 72 degrees. (Why do I know this? LOL)
2 - Ginger was voted Miss Hourglass (for having her sand "in all the right places." Good God, now I'm adding quotes...) 3 - Well, Skipper was driving, of course, when the storm hit. They were actually drifting when they became wrecked on the island. So, technically, no one was driving. LOL. I'm such a dork... (I think I deserve a day off for knowing this stuff. hehe) Good luck! |

yes, i believe that his water temperature preference was indeed 72 degrees. i'm almost certain at least. lol. the other two are right too. the skipper was driving the boat, because he was giving gilligan orders. he told gilligan to throw over the anchor, but (oops!) it wasn't tied on (silly gilligan!), and so the anchor did absolutely diddly squat. (i used "diddly squat" in a sentence!! go me!! is there an "e" in that? "diddly" or "diddley"? oh the great mysteries of the english language!)
i know what's happened to us. it's "Gilligan fever." all i have to say is....."i can admit it if you can!" (oh jeez...now you've got ME quoting!) is it safe to say that i've spent too many countless hours in front of the tv? i think so.
