No it isn't. Check your facts again, before you say something. It is still strong, #1 in viewers 18-49 in it's slot, which is equal as total viewers now, it sometimes beats the veteran JAG in total viewers, if it doesn't it's only a tenth off. Name one new show that kicks off a night strong like this and carries the entire network's line-up?

Top 20 doesn't mean anything. If a show is #21 the network won't cancel it. Look what this show has done to ABC Tuesdays and According to Jim is now known because of 8SR, last year it wasn't.
As long as 8SR continues to dominate the 18-49 demo and carry Tuesdays like this, we will see this show for many years to come, and believe me I know what I'm talking about, you don't.
