And I wasn't mad at the TC marathon cause I think it's actually great since it's been shoved in the 3am slot for God knows how long. I'm just griping about Cheers.

I also get tired of seeing Cheers 4 times a night on the schedule. Even with a revamped November schedule, COSBY and CHEERS are STILL getting too much air time. New shows can't even get primary slots (9:00 PM EST to 12:00 AM EST) when people would actually be awake! So an INTERESTING idea like 'Cheers Wildlife Night' gets shoved aside because "I've seen this before sometime." And of course it all goes back to PAVANBADAL DATA, which is Righteous: Take away the later airings of Cosby and Cheers and the schedule is better. Ah heck call it a B - (The 'FRI-SAT glitch of 'Cosby and Cheers', leading to NO COACH and not starting Single Takes until 3:00 AM EST got Nick at Nite a - mark.) Otherwise, the DEC schedule and specials are decent. Cut down on Cosby and Cheers and you'll get 'distinction' . And wouldn't that make your Mama proud? |
