I have never figured out how or why in opera music Sarah Brightman continues to be very popular? Is it because Sarah has a uniqueness in her voice or is it because she can sing any type of song? I remember when I was in a Savers store and they had a Sarah Brightman album and I bought it just to see what the hype was all about. And to my surprise Sarah Brightman does have a wonderful voice and considering she was a theater star she can pull off show tunes easily. But I have seen her dueting with singers such as Anne Murray and Susan Boyle and I think she can easily compete with Susan Boyle but I think with Sarah Brightman's recent to newer albums they have tried to market Sarah Brightman to be like Celine Dion and what I think they envision Sarah Brightman to be like Celine Dion and Laura Pausini and Lara Fabian but I think they consider her as an easy-listening/opera type of singer and I think with her future albums Sarah Brightman will be like Laura Pausini and Celine Dion rather than Susan Boyle
