G. Daniel Walker Was An Interesting Character

He was featured on the Sociopath special. Anytime his segment comes on I am thoroughly entertained with his banter. He is an amazing example of a true sociopath. Likeable and charming with wit and sharp as a tack. Had he used his powers for good he probably would have been a hell of a trial attorney.

He was recently denied parole for the 15th time last year. He is 93/94 years old now. He has been in prison my entire life.

As far as killers and horrible human beings go...he certainly has a lot of charisma. I'm kind of surprised he didn't gain more notoriety on the countless other true crime shows.

Classic sociopath for sure. Basically one of these guys who think the world is their own personal playground to get their kicks, most often at the expense of others. He just seems to get a rush out of being a royal pain in the rear.

Though they had vastly different styles I think he was not unlike Patrick Michael Mitchell in some ways. Men who though they may not be above violence have no particularly affinity with it. But men who have a deep rooted contempt for society and really think life is a big joke. I mention Mitchell because of those Reagan and Nixon masks he used to use in his robberies showed a similar contempt for the system.

In G Daniel Walker's case, I really think he believes the system is kind of a joke and got a kick out of using it to his own advantage to cause others problems which explains all the frivolous lawsuits.

Basically, I think these guys just seem to be devoid of things that exist in other people like empathy or the dignity of work and freedom. I mean he basically saw the institution as a wife he was happily married to. I mean who looks at things that way? I personally can't even fathom it.

I think however, some people have a lot of the same contempt for the system but they have other qualities that keep them from taking fighting it to these kind of extremes. Qualities that seem to be missing in these guys. He even comes off as rather amusing in some ways and you have to keep in mind he's hurt a lot of people.

Curious man for sure. I wonder if he kept on with these lawsuits and all the other shenanigans he did in recent years?

Oh he most definitely got off on the many lawsuits and inconveniences he caused the court system. He was a kid in a candy store manipulating the law and making trouble right there in the jail.

The way he told his stories his eyes always lit up he said his crimes were better than sex to him and I believe it.

He was very intelligent and had no remorse. He was an absolute narcissist and thought he was brilliant. I wish someone had written his life story and interviewed him more I would love to read a book on this guy.

That is why it is so easy for people like him to blend because of the likeability factor he has. If you didn't know what he was or what he was capable of you would think he was just a very funny and cunning old man.

It makes you wonder the people you may have come across in your own life who are probably sociopaths. My sister-in-law ended up being one and my family and I didn't see it until after my brother died. We all loved her and thought she was a great mother and wife until we found out the truth about her. It was hard to accept because she hid in plain sight and I consider myself a person with discernment but she was just an amazing sociopath.

Til this day I feel guilty because I genuinely like her even after I know what she really is/was. These people are brilliant master manipulators.

G Daniel's arrogance is part of the reason he is still locked up. I can bet you he doesn't have it in him to take accountability for anything he has done it's always someone else's fault. A sociopath like him doesn't have it in them to go to the parole board and tell them what they want to hear. He uses every opportunity to showcase how great he think he is and fails every time LOL.

it was all bluff-he was/is an inadequate, pathetic individual that pretends he is happy in jail-yet does nothing but whine about his conviction & his conditions. Of course he has been denied what he sees as his right to rape women, drug them, beat them up, abduct them, do armed robberies, kill people etc for over 50 years, having also served time previously.

He posed as a photographer & killed a man, purely because he wanted to rape his fiance. He tries to make himself seem superior, interesting & important-but the reality is he was a lifelong criminal who for the last 70 years has been either locked up, or on the run looking over his shoulder. He was so full of himself & sure of his 'charm' that he even defended himself in court & of course lost.

He isn't smart-otherwise he wouldn't have spent nearly all of his life in jail & like any other killer isn't really that interesting-when you cut through the magical/superhuman powers he & the book author tries to make everybody believe he has.
