No, its just public knowledge. I always get a kick out of filming locations for shows and movies. This is a really nice place. They have a pool but no hot tub. Even though it looks nothing like the set it still has that early 70s architecture with sunken living room like The Ropers and Threes Company set. I think it would be really cool to live there. Its incredible how very little has changed on the outside. It still has the 1970s style shingles, railings and the same front door. The townhouse is not far from Beverly Hills and about 14 miles from Santa Monica. So when Janet jogged over to the Ropers, its much further that she thought

Yeah it is. Its probably a slip of the tongue because he always gives the address and location. He's done the Gimmie A Break House, Facts of Life school, etc. He normally does give the exact address and city.
