Whats the longest you have held your bladder for,mines about 4 hours......... I find if I let it get too full its hard to go!!! (Im not sure why) so I try not to hold it very long!!

I don't know but I don't think I could go over 10 hours. I know a man who can hold it for 16 hours!

I'm not a doctor and I don't even play one on TV but I think there is something about the muscles, that if you keep holding it in (tightening those muscles) then it can be harder for those muscles to relax and go later. Not sure if that's correct.

Let me tell you, the older you get you won't be able to hold it very long. Adult diapers. I haven't worn any yet. But they come in handy if you do need them.
