In my box of music I found Taylor Dayne's debut album Tell It To My Heart and when that album came out I think it proved to be a bestseller and Taylor became a household name. I actually revisited this album when I heard Tell It To My Heart in a Cheetos commercial and I can see why Tell It To My Heart was a monster hit. And little did we know that Taylor Dayne would become a superstar with Can't Fight Fate in 1989. But I think with Tell It To My Heart Arista Records was trying to market Taylor Dayne like Whitney Houston and she was one of Arista Records's popular artists next to Whitney Houston.
