just sharing
i went to the protest in DC yesterday and it was great. There were so many people there, i know the press has been lying they say there were only like a few hundreds of people were there but there were hundreds of thousands of people. we were out in the streets completly surrounding the white house.
the best part was when Susan Surandon spoke. i had no idea she was gonna be there and when i heard her name i freaked out and pushed my way through so i could see her. Patti Smith was there and she sang a song. Rev. Jesse Jackson also spoke some. im just glad i went and that i got to see susan. |
