This youtube channel has been uploading some sketches from the 1952-1953 season of The Jackie Gleason Show. The Honeymooners sketches they've uploaded have included the announcer's introduction at the beginning, not seen on the DVDs. How is Clown Jewels able to do this? They have access to the uncut Jackie Gleason Shows from 52-53? How were they able to get it?

I got a reply from clown jewels. Here it is.
We work with the Estate of Jackie Gleason. Not sure about the lost sketches, but we’ll look into it. I told them about Incredible World of Ed Norton for a bit and said that the estate says it exists but they won’t release it. |

That's great! Mention to them too that the end of the first act of the Honeymooners sketch on The Jackie Gleason Show from May 23, 1953 might contain a famous blooper of Norton peeling an orange on an empty stage! Maybe we can finally see it!

There's another YouTube channel that's been posting full episodes of the Jackie Gleason Show. These are from the 1960s though. It looks like he's stuff is coming from DVD or VHS sources. The channel is Jeff Gilbert.

I got told from Jeff Gilbert that the January 17, 1970 episode is coming asap. I asked if it has the Incredible World of Ed Norton sketch.
thanks. Does it have the Incredible World of Ed Norton sketch? It’s supposed to be. The copy that is online and via tape traders doesn’t have it instead a segment from an older episode is super imposed over it. |

It's nice seeing the announcer's introduction before the start of the sketch. These should have been included on the DVDs. They are even a part of the original scripts. The script on the set for "Alice's Birthday" has the announcer introduction in it.

Finally a long sketch got uploaded.
Unfortunately it’s the 54 version of love letter. It has nothing that hasn’t been unearthed before. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lwjhkwl_Tmk |
