An I Love Lucy Easter:

(Lucy is placing eggs around the house as part of an Easter egg scavenger hunt. Ethel comes by.)

Ethel: “Hi Lucy! What are you doing?”

Lucy: “I’m setting up an Easter egg scavenger hunt today for the kids around the neighborhood. Ricky is going to the club for his live TV show and he doesn’t know about it.”

Ethel: “Where’s Little Ricky?”

Lucy: “He’s with his pals. I got the eggs all over the house. They should be here any minute.”

(Ricky comes in with his band.)

Ricky: “Lucy, I’m home.”

(Lucy is surprised.)

Lucy: “Ricky, what are you doing home?”

Ricky: “Lucy, I told you I have to have the live TV show here because they are renovating the Club.”

Lucy: “Oh, how did I mishear?”

Ethel: “Because you are Lucy.”

(Ricky and his band set up the instruments and Ricky and Lucy move the furniture. The show goes live. The host looks like Freddie Filmore.(

Host: “We are live. Mr. Ricardo is here for a live performance.”

Ricky: “Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Our first song is Babalu.”

(As Ricky and his band perform, Lucy is hoping the kids arrive late. They don’t and mess up Ricky’s live performance as they hunt for Easter eggs. At the end of a disastrous playing due to the kids, Ricky looks at Lucy angrily.)

Lucy: “Now Ricky, Ricky…”

(He chases her out.)
