Does anyone know the ADDRESS of the apartment building. The REAL address..not the one on the show. Im going to NYC in April and would love to see it! Thank you!

The address of the Jeffersons' building is: 185 East 85th St.
The next time you're in Manhattan, check it out. I once saw it up close not long ago, and it's a surreal experience.

I would like to see that building someday. I always wondered if it was still there after 27 years and found out it was

Solomon,

The experience of seeing the building up close is surreal because it's one of the few times in life I've seen the real version of something I'd always just seen on a screen. The building looked both the same and different from the way it appears in the opening credits.
