I watched it a few times. There’s a similarity but I’m not convinced it’s her. Seems a bit more pudgy. Is there a reason you definitely think it’s her?

It was a 1974 article mentioning she was about to star in a drama and mentioned she appeared in KFC commercials

It’s definitely close. It could be as simple as the commercial was early 1974 and by the time the show premiered late 1975 she had lost a bit of weight.

I definitely think that's her ! I think it's just the video and the closeup of the camera making her look Chubby. The Husband looks Chubby too in the face. The long shot of her standing up she looks smaller . I'm gonna say yes, this is Bonnie Franklin.

No, you’re good. I just thought maybe she was a little heavy in the face. But the article you mentioned saying she was in a KFC commercial is pretty good evidence. So I’m buying it’s her.
