You may know the name Cathy Mitchell but for those of you who aren't familiar with her Cathy Mitchell is the mastermind behind so many products and many people consider her a female version of Ron Popeil but what Cathy Mitchell is best known for is her line of cookbooks. In the 2000's Cathy Mitchell launched Ramen Joy which is a cookbook that has recipes that include ramen. When you see the commercial you see all the recipes that you can make with ramen. As a ramen fan I never knew that people used ramen for other foods. Like in the commercial they show ramen chocolate brownies and that sounded odd to me when I saw it. Cathy Mitchell's Ramen Joy was a best-selling cookbook and I can honestly say Cathy Mitchell is a genius when it comes to coming up with exciting recipes for her awesome cookbooks and it's no wonder she is talented
