Up TV launches spinoff Gospel/Christian music channel - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

It has been announced that Up TV has launched a second channel this month. The new Up TV channel will focus on gospel/Christian music shows and will feature exclusive music shows devoted to the world of Christian/gospel music and feature reruns of the classic Bill Gaither Gaither Worship shows. I can't remember what the name of the new channel is but it is smart that Up TV is expanding their horizons and getting into the music channel business and I do hope it is a successful channel for Up. I happened to see the trailer for it during the end of Walker Texas Ranger yesterday and also what I learned it is also gonna have a streaming app as well

Up Tv actually used to be all about Gospel music when it launched in 2004.

You might be referring to the new Gaither+ streamer. I have seen this advertised a few times on UP, doesn't mean it is their spin-off channel though.

Does the Gaither Family estate own the rights to this channel? Because I remember that the Gaither Family Gospel Hour was very big and they even had DVDs and music albums and it seemed like a family empire was growing thanks to the show
