Sweet N Low Commercial with Regis Philbin and The Pink Panther "year unknown"

Who knew the classic character The Pink Panther would become featured in commercials for Sweet N Low and this commercial "which I was unable to find a year when it first aired on TV" which I think was the first Sweet N Low commercial with The Pink Panther begins with The Pink Panther being a taxi driver driving Regis Philbin around town. While The Pink Panther is driving Regis goes on and on about how much he enjoys Sweet N Low and asks The Pink Panther if he could stop and pick up some more Sweet N Low for him but The Pink Panther is too busy driving to listen to Regis and the commercial ends with a quote from Regis Philbin. I never knew that this commercial existed but it is really funny. Seems like The Pink Panther must've watched a lot of Cash Cab because he is like Ben Bailey in this commercial
