Did Anson Mount leave Star Trek Discovery after Season 2?
Did Anson Mount leave Star Trek Discovery? And what was his reason for leaving the show after Season 2? Because his name is not in the opening credits of the show's intro. Did Anson leave due to money or was he offered another show at the time? I was shocked in Season 3 that Captain Pike was not seen in the first three episodes of Star Trek Discovery Season 3

In my eyes they should've kept Anson Mount on at Star Trek Discovery because this show was an introduction to Captain Christopher Pike but I think Anson Mount took the easy way out and they offered him the lead in Star Trek Strange New Worlds as a way to give the character Christopher Pike his very own show. Because as I mentioned Anson left Star Trek Discovery because of money and so when he got offered Star Trek Strange New Worlds Anson Mount couldn't be more happier
