When he started out as the founder of Cooks Illustrated magazine little did we know that Christopher Kimball would become a huge superstar in cooking shows by launching America's Test Kitchen and Cook's Country and I always was curious about what became of Christopher Kimball? The last I heard anything about him was that he was the host of Christopher Kimball's Milk Street and that was the last news about Christopher Kimball. Is he still active in cooking shows?

I never figured out how Christopher Kimball got famous by founding Cook's Illustrated Magazine but I guess he thought launching a cooking magazine and starting an empire would make him a cooking superstar. But I think Christopher Kimball left Cook's Country because he wanted to focus on writing cookbooks and developing other cooking shows. But what makes me curious is how much was Christopher Kimball paid an episode of Cook's Country when he was the original host of it? I think he's probably a millionaire cooking star and he gets lots of money from his other shows and being a cookbook author
