Smile Friends and Neighbors

This is the second episode after the pilot. It has a few interesting things. Its weird that we never get to see the Roper's bedroom on The Ropers. We see the Ropers in their bedroom all the time on Threes Company especially in bed. In this episode of The Ropers is the only time we see their bathroom on the show, correct? Stanley is filling the bathtub and they discuss the bidet next to the toilet. Later in the episode Stanely locks himself out of the townhouse and must climb a latter into the house. It looks like this scene is actually filmed outside in front of the real townhouse that is shown in the closing credits. Of course when Stanley reaches the window its the studio again. When Stanely climbs in the window is a room with some random boxes/furniture. It probably is their bedroom but we never see a bed. So its possible this is the only episode we see their bathroom and bedroom. When Jenny comes she is sleeping in a storage room.
Its weird on TC we never see their kitchen but we see their kitchen all the time on The Ropers. On the Ropers we never see their bedroom but we see it all the time on TC.

Just watched it and that room that Stanley climbs into is too small to be their bedroom. Looks the storage room. And yes I believe that was the only time we see the bathroom

I would agree but how many storage rooms are connected to a bathroom? This must be the storage room Jenny climbs into in season 2.

From the outside of the building in the closing credits, there is a glass sliding door that is next to the window. That is a master bedroom from the outside. But in sitcom set land, its not clear what room that is. But the logic from the outside it must be the bedroom even though its not shown a bedroom. Being that room had direct access to the bathroom would also imply its the bedroom.
Jenny arrives in episode 13 in season 2 "Who's been sleeping in my"

Sort of a ridiculous way to add a character to the show. She's been sleeping for 2 weeks in their house
Jenny did add some good to the show because it gave Helen a partner. But late in season 2 it was just going through the motions. Jenny should have been introduced in season 1. I also feel the Brookes are almost like the Ropers on TC. Mrs Brookes is like Helen, the nice one for the neighbors and Jeffrey is like Mr Roper, the nosey foil of them. It just did not work to reverse these roles.

Since season 1 was the test run it would have been hard to add her but defintely the 1st episode of season 2 where she meets jack and the girls

Just watched it. stupid storyline. So she was sleeping there for 2 weeks and just laying in a room with nothing? lol Then she said she goes to school so she was climbing down back out the window and back up to the window everyday for 2 weeks?
