I have these episodes. I think some people might have many others too. I don't think anyone has the whole series.

Love Child 1972 (Patty Duke, David Soul).
Smiles from Yesterday 1972 (Peggy Lee, Mark Hamill, Hoagy Carmichael, Joseph Campanella).
Words or Summer 1972 (Barbara Rush, Craig Stevens, Meredith Baxter).
The Camerons are a Special Clan 1973 (Teresa Wright, John Denver).
The Desertion of Keith Ryder 1974 (Jane Wyman, Robert Mantooth).
Subject: The Sterilization of Judy Simpson 1974 (Eve Arden).

I am looking for an episode called Run Carol Run from 1972 with Jeanne Crain and Ethel Waters as guests.

At least 27 episodes are around. But not "Run Carol run".
This was shown in other countries too, which improves the chances. For example it may even exist in Germany.
Probably dubbed in German though. It depends how determined you are.
