I've heard about this before....it's actually kind of a cool thing to look at when you're bored. How it works is simple: it relies on people visiting and using the site to work. All you do is enter in the serial number and series, etc. about the bill, and what city you were in when you got it. If the bill has already been entered by another user, then you can see where it has been! If not, you started the list, and if you really care you could check back later and see where your bill went after you spent it. Go to the site and click on "Show me an example of a bill report" to see what it's like. The one I looked at had a bill go from Ohio to Kansas in just five days. It's kind of fun to imagine how it got there if you're bored.
