Down Under Similarities - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Has anybody ever seen that one Mary-Kate and Asley movie when they go to Austrailia or something? Well did anybody notice how much the FOL Down Under Movie was like the Mary-Kate and Ashley Australia movie? I mean the whole the bad guy trying to escape in a boat then getting hit with boomerang thing. Plus they were after some type of jewel. And as my friend says "Coincidence? I think not!" LoL. Anybody else notice this?

I've noticed many simularities between "The Facts of Life Down Under" Episodes and that movie, it seems like the same plot, except by only a few things.

Ya know, I never really thought of that until you brought it up. Plus, they were Jewel theives too, so yea I see a similarity now. Those Olson twins suck. They need to come up with their own ideas. If I were NBC, I would have sued!

If they didn't make like 46736976253987673 billion movies with the same plot over and over again, I wouldn't mind them. Why do I need to see them make-out with guys in like different locations? Paris, London, Sydney, The Bahamas. Please! If I wanna see people making out, I'll watch Elimi-date!

eh...the Olsen Twins are alright...but, I think I'll stick with watching Char...I didn't finish watching the Austrailia movie yet...and I am not sure if I will or not...it's just not the same without Mrs. G...I almost fell asleep watching FOL last night!!
