Default Why didn't the character Marion have any Friends?

You know out of all the Happy Episodes I saw-I never seen no one come to the House and Visit Marion. WHY? Howard had Friends with that grand puba mess-But Marion from what I can remember never had any girlfriends she just followed Howard around and prepared dinner.

Im guessing its because she wasnt the main focus of the show. People wanted to see The Fonz etc..not Marion playing Canasta with her girlfriends. Im sure she had friends though...they just werent necessary to the plots.

It was still kind of funny never to see Marion or Howard having neighbors come to their house.

marion did have friends they were mentioned sometimes but we never saw them. Marion wanted to be a housewife and look looked after her husband howard and her children richie and joanie because she loved and cared for them very much.

She DID have friends. Some of whom we saw...one time I remember clearly is the episode where she wants a job. In the beginning there are a bunch of women in the living room trying on make-up.
