It's 7:00 at the division. Nate and Cd are at their desks loking through papers.

CD-well, Nate, i'm going to call it a night, okay? Brian should be picking me up soon. *she gets up and picks up her jacket and heads for the door*

Nate- Uh.....CD.....

CD- yea?

Nate-.(long pause).......See you tomorrow.

CD- yea see ya!

He just couldn't do it. He couldn't tell CD how he felt about her.

Cap- RAINA, come in here please

Raina- sure captain *she's having trouble getting up*

Cap- something is the matter with you,

Raina- no cap..

Cap- *cuts her off* Raina please just say something okay? What's going on?

Raina- well, I....I am sick

Cap- okay? I mean it's okay to be sick raina, im not going to chew you're head off if you dont feel well. I am not that bad *smiles*

Suddenly mag busts in the office

Mag-* out of breath* sorry to interupt, but Cap you have to go talk to Jinny, she's sitting in the bathroom crying with her gun cocked she wont listen to me....hurry

Mag- well, do you think killing urself is going to help u find out? I mean jinny u can stay sober i no u can

Jinny- i dont have a very good example to follow.

Cap- huh? what are u talking about?

Jinny- *sniffs* why dont you tell her mag? huh? I mean you do take drugs right?

Mag- jin, ur tired, u dont no what u saying

JInny- no no, i mean perscription drugs...i mean you are dependant on them right? for some reason you cant sleep at night...whats going on..what have you done...i mean do the pills really help whatever is deep inside go away.

Jinny- it happens in every addiction there is a breaking point where you ask yourself if you want to give in or if you want conquer that disease. That was yesteday...this is a brand new day...we are taught to take each day 1 by 1....mag you need help
