What is the best vacation everyone went on last summer?
I would guess going to the mountains last summer! |

I didn't go anywhere last summer - I just sat around the house drinking cider and playing Gameboy. I did take a few trips to the cinema (I saw 'Big Fat Liar' and 'Scooby-Doo' twice) other than that it was really boring!

My favorite vacation was our family trip to Keystone Colorado we went trout fishing most of the time didn't catch to much but the places we fished at were very beautiful. And I did go on another cool trip last summer with my two aunts we went tubbing down the Niabrara river here in NE and the next day we went and ate at this fancy resturant that was right next to this big lake it was really cool plus it was fun not having my parents along.

I went with my family to California last summer. We stayed in San Diego and went to Tijuana and LA, and we saw Hollywood and Beverly Hills, it was so exciting but I didn't see one famous person! and believe me I was on the lookout, *sigh* oh well. Then we drove up the coast and saw Monterrey and Big Sur and stayed in Sonoma county, saw the wine country and San Francisco. It was a great vacation!!
![]() Of course the best is still the vacation we took to Italy the year before. I got to meet all my mother's family for the first time, it was wonderful. I got to see the town where my grandparents are from and meet all their relatives (which are also my relatives, duh, lol). It was so much fun, especially after my parents left and I got to spend two weeks there, just me with my aunts and cousins. It was an incredible learning experience, to meet all those people and see firsthand all the history and culture I had only known in stories.

I went to Orlando for almost 2 weeks, I had an AWFUL time. We stayed at the Disneyworld hotel and I figured it would be all tropical and have good weather like my state. It was SOOOOO HOT sweat was dripping off me and my make up was all melting and sweating onto my shirt. ugh and when we'd get to the park it would still be hot and sunny and the next thing ya know its pouring rain and there is lightning. So basically we couldn't stay at the park for 5 hours without it going from sunny to hurricane. I couldn't believe they had built a DisneyWorld in a state with that kind of weather, when it would rain we had no choice but to stay in the shops because the ground was flooded. Days later we saw this restaraunt in the hotel lobby area so we ate there and after that we were going to go swimming but it started pouring rain and lightning and things were tipping over outside and everyone in the pool had to leave for their lives. Disneyworld is NOT better than Disneyland, at Disneyland at least all the hotels are close to the park (2-5 minutes if you walk to the park at Disneyland) and "Downtown Disney", when we were at Disneworld our hotel was about 20-25 minutes from the main park "Magic Kingdom" our hotel was cheap too called "All Star Music". Plus in that state there are WEIRD critters running around, you can't even leave your door open without being in fear that a bear or a lion will run in, my brother ran back to our room in fear because he saw a armadillo run across the grass. Serious. Plus if you walk out of your room at night 500 frogs will be at your door. Thats the story of my trip! Oh, since I live in California and I have gone to Disneyland since I was little lets just say its ALOT better.

I had fun at Epcot though, the international shops and stuff were so COOL, I also had a blast at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park! But Magic Kingdom is the same as Disneylands park but Disneyland is better.

I went to China...it was cool besides the humidity and the heat. And the fact that like none of the public bathrooms had toilet paper.
