CBS has pulled Fire Country from its primetime schedule. Due to the California fires, CBS wanted to show sensitivity to what had happened. |

Luckily, it was just a repeat (and that episode would've been available to watch on Paramount+ at any time), but what if that had been an original episode of Fire Country? I don't think any of the current American scripted broadcast shows this season are airing any original episodes in the first week of the new year like they used to (for example, Law & Order: SVU's next original episode doesn't air until January 16, and Fire Country's next new episode will air on January 31st).
