Ever since the Spiderman balloon debuted in the 1987 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade I noticed that Marvel used to promote their top superheroes by having them on their own float and I wonder what inspired Marvel's interest in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades? Was the floats used to help Marvel sell more comics or was it to market Marvel toys and merchandise? Because I think the Marvel Superheroes floats were cool and I can't figure out why Marvel doesn't market the superheroes in today's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades? Because it would be very cool to see an Iron Man balloon make a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade appearance someday and have a float with some of the Marvel characters like X-Men characters and The Avengers and it would be a hit
