Question Parties - best & worst

Tell me about your best and worst party experiences.
I'm not really all that good at parties. I'm usually the miserable sod who sits in the corner sulking all night cos noone wants to dance with me.

The best party I've ever been to (not that I've been to a lot of 'em) was my best friend Emma's 21st birthday party. Her parents had rented the Helensburgh Rugby Club clubhouse and there were loads of people there. The music was sh#te but I was so drunk that I didn't care and I was dancing all night. I also inhaled a lot of heilium - I was letting down all the balloons and breathing in the gas - great fun! If you're reading this Emma (which I doubt, but anyway......) thanks for a brilliant time, man - you're the best!!

The worst party I ever went to was Catrina's 16th birthday party. I wasn't even invited - I just went cos this chick I was friends with was going. I knew that a girl I had a huge crush on was gonna be there so I thought I'd go along and see if I could get a chance to talk to her.
It was the worst night of my life. My friend ignored me all night cos she'd hooked-up with some stupid guy, everyone else had drunk all the booze so I was totally sober, everyone was stoned (I don't do drugs) and the girl that I had a crush on ended up going into one of the bedrooms with some guy and I didn't see her for the rest of the night.
It was torture!!!!!

I don't care too much for parties because I don't like being in the company of people who are drinking. I saw enough of that growing up. I did go to my nieces high school graduation party this summer though and had a nice time.

Thank goodness I'm past the party stage! Give me a nice quiet night at home and I'm happy! But I DO like a good time once in a while! I'm not dead yet!

Our school has dances on Thursday, its so stupid. I wish they were on Friday. The worst party was my friend`s 16th party, she totally ignored her friends and cuddled with her bf the whole night. I was so pissed. The best party was probably my friend Mary-Beth`s b-day party? It was broken up by the cops and everyone got drunk, but all in all it was fun.

Ha, well the best one was the night when my friend was leaving for Italy the next morning. The worst one was when we were at this campout thing and the cops busted it.

The worst party I've ever been too, eh..well, I don't know if it really qualifys as a party...but I guess it does. It was last years sports banquet at school. We had to sit there for 3 hours (we left early...ahaha) so people could get up and give out awards...and then we had a guest speaker (uh...who actually listens...?). My best friend, at the time, didn't say two words to me that entire night. She was too busy with her boyfriend and another friend that she had brought. I hate her.

Our 8th Grade Dance was on a Thursday....mofos.

The worst party was prolly Cody's graduation party....her WHOLE family was there and there were like....5 of us. The only highlight of that was when Caitlin called! (Looking for Zach, but he wasn't there....so she got in a fight with Matt...okay maybe that wasn't the best part...neeeeeeeeeeeevermind.)

I think the best party....was prolly my graduation party....() We swam...found a dead bird in the pool....Kieree stepped in dog crap....played volleyball...Caitlin called (lol)....then we all went to see Lilo and Stitch.

But Zach's party was fun too. With the biiig pool.

Man, I saw this subject and HAD to post. I swear, I will NEVER, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever forget my worst party experience......
3rd grade. 9 years old. I've never been to a 'big' sleep over party be4. I'm real excited, right? ESPECIALLY b/c the birthday party was for one the COOLEST 5th graders around. Wow! Ok so, I have my things packed, and I'm ready to go. We arrive at the "party"..which just happens to be taking place at our local girl scouts meeting building thing. (heh, that should have been my 1ST clue that things weren't going to turn out well). We start off my doing crafts, playing cheesy board games, and watching queer movies. (Alrighty folks, this is where it gets good). Well now, it's time for bed! But not every1's bedtime, only the little kiddies bedtime. So, along with all the other 3rd graders there, I had to go to sleep, while all the super awesome "big kids" got to stay up and play truth or dare. Not fare! They get to play truth or dare and we didn't, ha I don't think so man. So we have a little game of our own, right? Of course, my dare would be to go and spy on the big kids. And wouldn't you know it, obvious little me gets caught. ****. The big kids get out of control! They're going insane! Running everywhere, threatening to kick asses....holy ****, they just tied up the mother in charge and put wipped cream all over her face! (no joke) Ok so, I'm crying...and shaking, and wanting to go home to my mommy like you wouldn't believe. I find my best friend, and we decided to hide in the bathroom. We're standing there, crying, when some out of control chick runs in, dragging some1 and gives them a "swirlie". Hiding in the bathroom..smart move on my part, huh? So we run out really fast, crying of course, trying to find SOME where to go, ANYWHERE. Then I hear some1 yell "Leeeeeetttt's play crack the whip, shall weeeee?" (Crack the wip, nice game...really, I swear. You grab a belt, run around, and hit anyone u can. The last person left get's the belt. It's our favorite past time here in Hickville, PA.......) I ran...I ran as fast as I could. Well anywayz, I find some closed off section, go in, and cry myself to sleep. I wake up. Wipped cream is all over me, sugar is falling out of my ears, and my clothes are soaked in mustard.
CAN YOU POSSIBLY UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH DAMAGE THAT CAN DO TO A 9 YEAR OLD?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAN. When you're being chased by 5th graders at 3 am in the morning, and you're only 9 years old.....you seriously think your life is going to end. I'm telling you man, I thought I was going to die. haha, the whole thing is sooo graphic, I spared you guys though. Considar yourselves lucky...it's been 8 years and I'm still having nightmares.

My best party experience...... issss probably something I shouldn't talk about. ha

I don't go to alot of parties because there are some guys that if you don't like to drink they try and pour beer down your throwt and I don't like to drink because once my brother came home drunk this kid that wasn't my brothers favorite person drove him home and actually drug him across the porch and then my brother was sitting at the table and he couldn't even remember his name and my dad keep telling him to breath and everytime he did that he would puck up stuff so tha'ts why I don't go to parties because I don't want to end up drunk and pucking all night.

This was the best and the worst:

I was 8 and a real brat and had it in for my older sister.
She planned this big party for my parents 25th anniversary.
I picked that day, like 2 or 3 hours before guests started arriving,
to have an Emmy winning tantrum, so i was looking for trouble.
my sister was already in a foul mood because she wasn't getting help from anyone. I went over to my niece who was 2 and dumped her out of a chair. My sister yells at me, Jessie is screaming her head off and so I flipped out and she hit me. It lasted til my brother called upstairs that some people walked through the front door. She went downstairs.
I calmed down and got ready for this party. I had a great time, the food was great, there were kids there to play with and the relatives were babying me and my sister got in trouble for hitting me. The only worst part was getting sick.

I think it was a combination of eating too much and the aftereffects of the tantrum I had earlier.
