Richie, Ralphie and Potsie are in ROTC to train for the army, but what does the acronym ROTC stand for?

ROTC means Reserve Officers' Training Corps.

Thanks very much. I'm guess ROTC was a requirment for high school graduation back in the 50s.

I think the answer's somewhere between. Make them love you enough and they'll do anything for you, but they also must respect the fact that you're the boss. It's a very fine line.

Yea, I agree...both. You dont want them hating you, but you also want them RESPECTING you.
