Alternate Businesses in Ed Brown’s Garage

In Della’s first episode, she plans on kicking Ed out once his lease is up (in three months). There’s a scene where she’s showing the garage off to a man who is interested in renting it. She tells him that the place would be ideal for a supermarket.

This got me thinking. Once Ed eventually passed away and the garage was up for rent again, what other business do you think could operate inside that building. Besides a Spirit Halloween store, of course, lol. Whatever business it is, Ed’s room upstairs could be the breakroom, since the person doesn’t have to both live and work there like Chico and Ed.
